(A) Cells were harvested after 20 and 60 minutes of treatment with 1 µg/mL recombinant ANGPTL2 after 12 hours of treatment with 20 µg/mL anti-integrin α5β1 antibody. Each cell lysate was subjected to Western immunoblotting analysis, followed by the detection of MAPKs, NF-κB, and Akt and their phosphorylated forms.
