Correction to section “3.3 Drug treatment history before posaconazole,” sentence 3. The dose range should be “range, 6‐15 infusions of 0.5‐2 mg/kg).”

Corrected sentence 3 should read as follows.

Additionally, 6 dogs also received amphotericin B lipid complex (range, 6‐15 infusions of 0.5‐2 mg/kg), with 3 dogs receiving more than 1 series of infusions 2 to 12 months apart.
