Sorghum bran extracts did not affect viability of 3T3-L1 cells. 3T3-L1 cells were treated with different doses of sorghum extracts ((A) PI570481, (B) SC84, (C) Sumac, (D) white) for 24 h and MTT assay was performed to measure the cytotoxicity.
