The above article, published online on 28 June 2020 in Wiley Online Library (wileyonlinelibrary.com), has been retracted by agreement between the authors, the journal's Editor in Chief Dr. David Cohen, the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, and Wiley Periodicals LLC. The retraction has been agreed following concerns raised by a reader about duplication in Figures 2F, 3H, 6A and 6B. Upon investigation, the authors confirmed that duplicative errors had occurred and have requested retraction of their article.
