In the January‐February 2022 issue, the essay by Lawrence O. Gostin and Sarah Wetter, “Risk Trade‐Offs and Equitable Decision‐Making in the Covid‐19 Pandemic” (Hastings Center Report 52, no. 1 [2022]: 15–20, doi: 10.1002/hast.1328) incorrectly states that, since January 2021, the eligibility requirements for France's pass sanitaire include having had a Covid‐19 booster shot. This requirement went into effect in January 2022.
