Schematic diagram of the proposed mechanism of miR-877-3p in OS. miR-877-3p could suppress proliferation of osteosarcoma cells and exert antiangiogenesis effect on HUVEC cells by targeting FGF2. As a result, the interactions of the OS cells and endothelial cells were interrupted.
