The bromodomain (BD), PHD domain, RING domain, and HAT domain of p300 are colored yellow, red, green, and blue, respectively. In the enlarged panel, the crystal structures of the NCP (PDB ID: 3LZ0) and the bromodomain of the p300 catalytic core (PDB ID: 5LKU) are fitted into the density map.
