The protein expression of NLRP3, IL-18, and IL-1β inflammasome in spontaneous miscarriage compared to normal pregnancy. Human primary endometrial stromal cells were transfected with miR-138-5P (25 nM) and si-GPR124 (50 nM) for 48 h.
