Dear Editor:

Thank you for your interest in our paper.

As you understand correctly, it is very important to accurately allocate and use limited medical resources in the surge of a pandemic of an infectious diseases [1]. From this point of view, our paper attempted to provide clinical indicators to distinguish between those who have symptoms and those who do not [2]. However, as you pointed out, efficient resource allocation should be made based on an accurate understanding of infectious diseases [3]. In particular, as referred to as infodemic, excessive and inaccurate information is causing confusion for the general public and policymakers [4]. This is the same in developed countries, but as you mentioned, it could be a bigger problem in developing countries [5]. We agree with the authors' point of view that efforts to provide accurate health information and spread it in a pandemic situation are important.
