(A) Schematic representation of chemotherapy response analysis performed from colonospheres. SdFFF sorted cell subpopulations are seeded at low density in defined medium for seven days and then treated with chemotherapy for three days. Colonospheres with a diameter larger than 50µM were counted before and after treatment. (B) The in vitro tumorigenic potential of cells was assessed by a sphere formation assay. Scale bar 50 µm.
