Hit compounds from seven series, NNC 55‐0396, and mibefradil produce an insurmountable inhibition of progesterone‐induced calcium increases in human sperm. Concentration‐response curves for progesterone‐induced calcium fluorescence in sperm in the presence of fixed concentrations of compounds.
