The authors note that Supporting Fig. 2 in the SI Appendix, along with two lines of the Methods, appeared incorrectly. Authors state: “The amino acid sequence for the recombinant NLGN4Y isoform 1 used in our study (amino acids 44-675) is different than what is reported in the original publication (amino acids were correct in the Figure but reported as amino acids 44-676 in the Methods). The amino acid sequence for NLGN4Y isoform 2 in our study (amino acids 34-229) is also different than what is reported in the original publication (amino acids 29-235 in the Figure and amino acids 29-206 in the Methods). As such, any antibody responses we reported in the original publication are restricted to NLGN4Y isoforms with the updated sequences. The correct sequences are shown in the updated Figure S2.”
