In the Figure 3 legend, a unit of distance was incorrect. In the sentence “The mean distance from the trocar to the eye was 10.15, 10.25, 10.25, and 10.4 mm for arms 1 to 4, respectively,” the unit of distance should have been centimeters instead of millimeters. This has been corrected in the article online.
