The cycle threshold (CT) for each gene was normalized to the housekeeping gene, Gapdh. “Not detected” indicates the expression was below the level of detection for that gene (i.e. CT<38). Values are displayed as mean ± s.e.m. N-values are provided in parentheses in genotype column and represent number of male and female animals.
