The article as first published contained some errors:
1. In the Figure, part A, the second “II:7” on the far right should have been “II:8.”
2. In the Figure, part D, the “6.89” below the bottom border line should have been “3.01,” and the “OD” above the top line should have been “OR.”
3. In the figure title, “1313” should have been “1307.” In the figure legend (B), “(OCT) of the patient (family B, II:2) and normal family member (family B, II:3)” should have been “(OCT) of the patient (family A, II:4) and normal family member (family A, II:3).” In the figure legend (C) and (D), “rs 7739323” should have been “rs562792458.”
4. In the third paragraph of the Discussion section, Supplementary Fig. S2 should have been cited at the end of the previous sentence.
