The authors of “Analysis of the roles of phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate and individual subunits in assembly, localization, and function of Saccharomyces cerevisiae target of rapamycin complex 2” (Mol. Cell [2019] 30, 1555–1574; originally published in MBoC In Press as 10.1091/mbc.E18-10-0682) wish to make a correction to the genetic constitution of a strain centrally important to the work described, which regrettably was incorrect and incomplete because it also carries a plasmid. In the original HTML and PDF versions, the description of strain yKL2 (a derivative of BY4742) in Table 1 was given as BY4742 avo1∆::kanMX. This has been corrected to BY4742 avo1∆::KanMX [pRS316(URA3)-AVO1].
