PMCID: PMC9659403  PMID: 36331997

Microbiology Correction for “Mosquito metabolomics reveal that dengue virus replication requires phospholipid reconfiguration via the remodeling cycle,” by Thomas Vial, Wei-Lian Tan, Eric Deharo, Dorothée Missé, Guillaume Marti, and Julien Pompon, which was first published October 21, 2020; 10.1073/pnas.2015095117 (Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 117, 27627–27636).

The authors note that on page 27635, right column, second full paragraph, the primer sequences appear incorrectly. “forward, 5′-GTCCAATACCGTGACAGTGCTA-3′, and reverse, 5′-GGTAGACGT-CGTTGTGGTAGAG-3” should instead appear as “forward, 5’ CCT TTT CCA AAT AAT CCG CAT C 3’; reverse, 5’ ACC AAC ACA ACA ACA GCA TC 3’; and probe, HEX E 5’ CC TGT TCT TCA TTT AGG CTA GGT TCT CCT TGT 3’ Hex/bhq-1.” The online version has been corrected.
