Effects of OEO-PbH on the cytokine production. DCs were cultured for 7 days with GM-CSF and IL-4. Cells were subsequently stimulated without LPS or with LPS and treated with OEO-PbH at different concentrations for 24 h. The DC cell culture supernatant was then analyzed by ELISA for IL-6 (A), TNFα (B), IL-10 (C), and IL-23 (D).
