The authors regret the product information in the Materials and Methods section in “The compounds EOA (containing a minimum of 200 g/kg of sorbic acid, a minimum of 200 g/kg fumaric acid and a minimum of 100 g/kg thymol) was provided by Jefo Nutrition Inc., St-Hyacinthe, Quebec, Canada” was incorrect and should be changed to “The compounds EOA provided by Jefo Nutrition Inc. (St-Hyacinthe, Quebec, Canada) contained fumaric acid (with a minimum of 160 g/kg), sorbic, malic, and citric acids, soya lecithin, thymol, vanillin, and eugenol microencapsulated in hydrogenated vegetable fat.”
