We would like to replace image of Fig. 5B with a new image. Upon looking at the data, the original Western blot had seven lanes (see figure below). The sixth and seventh lanes were negative controls treating RAoSMC with Rosiglitazone and Wortmannin alone, respectively. We had originally planned to show only the first five lanes as in final Fig. 5B. Mistakenly, we only deleted the 7th lane from the P70S6K Western blot. The basal P70S6k Western blot should have had five lanes instead of the six that were shown.
