Figure 3: — Optimal monkeypox vaccine allocation between 2 cities under different epidemic conditions. Epidemic potential (R₀) in city A varies via the sexual activity among the higher-risk group in city A. We defined optimal vaccine allocation as the fewest cumulative infections by day 90. The larger city is 3 times the size of the other city. We used city assortativity (ɛ_c) values of 0.80, 0.90 and 0.95 for high, medium and low between-city mixing, respectively.
