Errors in Figure 3 and Table 2

In the Original Investigation titled “Association Between Up-front Surgery and Risk of Stroke in US Veterans With Oropharyngeal Carcinoma,”1 published online June 23, 2022, there was an error in Figure 3 and in Table 2. In Figure 3, the upper line should have been labeled “Nonsurgical treatment,” and the lower line should have been labeled “Up-front surgery.” In the title for Table 2, “vs” should have been between “Up-front Surgery” and “Nonsurgical Treatment” rather than a comma. This article has been corrected.1
