In the Original Investigation titled “Head-to-Head Comparison of 8 Plasma Amyloid-β 42/40 Assays in Alzheimer Disease,”1 published in the November 2021 issue, there were errors in the y-axes of the Figure, E and F. The assays were mislabeled and the amyloid-β types were incorrect for panels E and F. This article was corrected online.
