Error in Figure Legends

PMCID: PMC9907336  PMID: 35285879

The Original Investigation titled, “Association of BDNF Val66Met With Tau Hyperphosphorylation and Cognition in Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Disease,”1 published online January 31, 2022, included errors in the legends for each of the figures. In Figure 1A and Figure 1B, both legends reversed the labels for the colors. In Figure 2, the text labels “Presymptomatic MC, BDNF Met66 carrier” and “Presymptomatic MC, BDNF Val66 homozygote” were assigned to the dark gray and blue symbols, respectively, but should have instead described the blue and dark gray symbols, respectively. This article was corrected online.
