A549 cells were treated with or without compound 14b at concentrations of 10, 20 and 50 nM for 24 h; then, the cells were harvested for cell cycle analysis by flow cytometry. (B) Quantitative analysis of the percentage of cells in each cell cycle phase by CytExpert analysis software.
