This is a correction to: Carissa N Weis, Kenneth P Bennett, Ashley A Huggins, Elizabeth A Parisi, Stephanie M Gorka, Christine Larson, A 7-Tesla MRI study of the periaqueductal gray: resting state and task activation under threat, Social Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience, Volume 17, Issue 2, February 2022, Pages 187–197, https://doi.org/10.1093/scan/nsab085

In the originally published version of this manuscript, the sign of the X and Y coordinates were incorrectly reported in table 1, and in supplemental tables 3, 4, and 6. The labels of the brain regions reported in these tables are correct and the values of the coordinates are correct, however the sign (positive or negative) for the X and Y planes were flipped.

This error has been corrected.
