ChIP experiments were with purified C57BL/6 mouse B cells stimulated for 1 day with LPS. These previously described experiments included an ER ChIP after B cell treatments with LPS (ER(LPS)), an ER ChIP after B cell treatments with LPS plus supplemental estrogen (ER(LPS + E)), and an RNA Pol II ChIP after B cell treatments with LPS plus supplemental estrogen (RNA Pol II (LPS + E)).
