Correction notice: Induction of Temporal Lobe Epilepsy in Mice with Pilocarpine

After published the protocol https://bio-protocol.org/e3533, we made some improvements to our protocol. All changes are highlighted in blue in the updated version linked here, we realized that there is a typo in Recipes; in section 3, under the scopolamine working solution, we mentioned adding 950 µl of scopolamine stock solution in 50 µl of 0.9% sterile saline. It should be 50 µl of scopolamine stock solution and 950 µl of 0.9% sterile saline.
