Bone marrow-derived cultured mast cells were incubated in the absence of added growth factors for 3 days with a 10 μg/ml IgE solution composed of H1 DNP-e-206 and SPE-7 IgEs at various ratios (A) or with 9 μg/ml of the indicated PC IgEs alone or with a mixture (1.5 μg/ml each) of the six (H1 DNP-e-206, H1 DNP-e-26, anti-dansyl, IgE3, C38, and C48) monoclonal IgEs (B).
