C2C12(E) cells were infected with replication-deficient adenoviruses coexpressing GFP and Rem such that 100% of the cells were infected, judged by GFP expression. The next day, the cells were switched to differentiation medium (DM); total cell lysates were prepared after the indicated time in DM and immunoblotted for myogenin, myosin heavy chain, and caveolin-3.
