• Figure S1. PLAG1 specific fingerprint on gene expression set derived from CLL vs healthy normal B-cell samples (JPG, 489 KB) -
  PLAG1 regulated genes were previously identified by Voz et al (Oncogene 2004) by recombinant over-expression in a series of non-lymphoid tumor cell lines. A cluster of specifically upregulated and downregulated genes was detected. We applied this PLAG1 specific fingerprint for supervised hierarchical clustering on our recently published gene expression data set containing 24 CLL patient samples and 10 healthy donor B-cell samples (Pallasch et al. Leukemia 2008). A ward hierarchical clustering was applied revealing separation of healthy donor B-cells from CLL samples.
