    for 'Open Model Tree on 3D Activation' choose 'Use Annotation�s Settings'

    for 'Default Toolbar State' choose 'Use Annotation�s Settings'

    disable 'Show 3D orientation axis'

    (3) In 3D & Multimedia: under Auto-Degrade Options

    for the 'Optimization Scheme for Low Framerate' select 'None'.

    How to use this 3D pdf file. On the top left are the preset view buttons to switch the 3D model into a predefined view. Below the buttons for preset views there is a list of the structures (myocardium etc.) with three buttons per structure to switch it on or off or make it transparent.

    To further interact with the 3D model. To rotate, click and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse; to zoom, click and hold the right mouse button and move the mouse; to translate, click and hold the left and right mouse buttons and move the mouse.
