Fig. 6. Nucleotide sequence of lmo0674. The nucleotide sequence of lmo0674 from L. monocytogenes strain EGDe is depicted in uppercase. This sequence is identical to that previously published for L. monocytogenes strain EGD-e. Single-nucleotide changes present in L. monocytogenes strain 10403S are noted in bold with the nucleotide substitution in 10403S indicated in lowercase above. The putative ribosome-binding site is underlined. The amino acid sequence of Lmo0674 is given in single-letter designation below the nucleotide sequence. The lmo0674 sequence from 10403S has been deposited in the EMBL/GenBank/DDBJ databases, accession no. AY590468.
