Due to an editing error, the authors inadvertently transposed two strings of Chinese characters. The last sentence of the Education and Literacy sub-section should read: “When the formal phrasing was poorly understood by participants at lower education and literacy levels, we opted for colloquial phrasing (for example,你有沒有 instead of 你有否 for ‘did you’).” We regret the error.
