We would like to mention three typos in our 2011 paper on theoretical and experimental evaluation of the microangiographic fluoroscope. Equations (1) and (2) given in Sec. III are incorrect. The right equations used for all the calculations are A64 and A65, respectively, and these equations are derived correctly in the Appendix section. Another typo is in the Discussion section. The quantum efficiency for a back illuminated CCD is given as ∼23%. The correct value is ∼92%, and it is also mentioned in the caption of Fig. 13.
