Corrigendum to: “Genotype–Phenotype Correlations in Central Precocious Puberty Caused by MKRN3 Mutations”

PMCID: PMC8530705  PMID: 34173650

In the above named article by Seraphim CE, Canton APM, Montenegro L, Piovesan MR, Macedo DB, Cunha M, Guimaraes A, Ramos CO, Benedetti AFF, de Castro Leal A, Gagliardi PC, Antonini SR, Gryngarten M, Arcari AJ, Abreu AP, Kaiser UB, Soriano-Guillén L, Escribano-Muñoz A, Corripio R, Labarta JI, Travieso-Suárez L, Ortiz-Cabrera NV, Argente J, Mendonca BB, Brito VN, and Latronico AC (J Clin Endocrinol Metab. 2021;106(4):1041–1050; doi: 10.1210/clinem/dgaa955), an error appeared in the Discussion section of the published paper:

The following sentence incorrectly identified Turkey instead of Cyprus, “Subsequently, novel heterozygous mutations (–166, –865, –886 nt upstream to the transcription start site) located in the promoter and 5′-UTR regulatory regions of the MKRN3 gene were identified in girls with CPP from Turkey (23).”

The sentence should read: “Subsequently, novel heterozygous mutations (–166, –865, –886 nt upstream to the transcription start site) located in the promoter and 5′-UTR regulatory regions of the MKRN3 gene were identified in girls with CPP from Cyprus (23).”

The error has been corrected online.
