In the above-cited article, incorrect versions of Figs. 1 and 2 were published. The authors corrected the incorrectly colored and incorrectly positioned electrodes in Figs. 1 and 2. The figure legend for Fig. 1 was revised accordingly.

The correct figures appear below. The authors regret the error.
