Recovery of anaphylactic sensitivity in the guinea-pig ileum after desensitization

Abstract

The recovery of anaphylactic sensitivity of the ileum after desensitization has been investigated, and the dose—response and time—response relationships described. An attempt has been made to investigate the mechanism of recovery of sensitivity.
