Alopecia in Women

Abstract

Most cases of hair loss in women are temporary and complete regrowth occurs. Indeed, even progressive diffuse loss will seldom result in complete baldness. General good health, moderate brushing, regular shampooing and decreased use of permanents, dyes, bleaches and rollers should be sufficient to insure every female patient with a good head of hair.
