Denaturation Pattern of the Deoxyribonucleic Acid from Chicken Embryo Lethal Orphan Virus

Abstract

The denaturation pattern of chicken embryo lethal orphan virus deoxyribonucleic acid confirms that the sequences are unique. The molecular weight of the deoxyribonucleic acid was determined by length measurements to be 29 × 106.
