Corrigendum: GnRH Neuron Activity and Pituitary Response in Estradiol-Induced vs Proestrous Luteinizing Hormone Surges in Female Mice, 10.1210/en.2016-1771
In the article “GnRH Neuron Activity and Pituitary Response in Estradiol-Induced vs Proestrous Luteinizing Hormone Surges in Female Mice” by Silveira et al. (Endocrinology. 158(2):356–366, 2017; doi:10.1210/en.2016-1771; First Published December 2, 2016) the authors report the following errors in the published paper: Reference 15 is missing from the sentence “These replacement regimens include daily subcutaneous injection OVX (13), insertion of Silastic implants containing 17β-estradiol designed to produce a slightly supraphysiologic circulating estradiol level at the time of OVX followed by injection of 17β-estradiol benzoate 6 days later (14), and implantation of Silastic capsules that produce constant high physiologic levels of 17β-estradiol (15)” on page 357.
Additionally, the standard errors of “39” and “35” reported on page 362 should both be “12.” The correct values within the parentheses are diestrous, 33 ± 7; proestrous, 52 ± 12; OVX+E, 41 ± 12.
The compositor regrets this error.
