PMC National Advisory Committee
The PubMed Central (PMC) National Advisory Committee charter was established in 2001 to advise the Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM), and National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) on the content and operations of PMC.
